How to determine if a PC Card bus is working in 8-bit or 16-bit mode?

I am trying to set my controller to operate in 16-bit mode instead of the
default 8-bit mode. Is there a table or descriptor that has that
information somewhere where I can view if the results of
XXX.>ModifyMemoryWindow?
