On Windows Whistler beta 2, I want to replace a system file with my own file, but the System File Protection prevents me from doing that.
Is there any way to bypass the System File Protection and replace the file?
Thanks in advance…

If it’s the same as in Win2K, then create SFCDisable key in Winlogon and
set it to DWORD 0xffffff9d
Adel.

You need to disable WFP (Windows File protection).
Open the registry editor and select the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
key. Then set the SFCDisable to ffffff9d
Reboot. Windows shouldn’t replace the file anymore.
