How get cached password under win2k or winxp?

As we know we can call WNetEnumCachedPasswords() to get cached password
under win9x,but under win2k or winxp,which API has the same function?
Maybe it is unfit to ask the question in here,Thanks very much!

IIRC there is no such API in NT for security reasons.
