Hi, I used InbvEnableBootDriver, InbvAcquireDisplayOwnership,
InbvResetDisplay, InbvEnableDisplayString. InbvDisplayString to
switch to text mode and then print using vga registers, but
how can I return from VGA Text Mode?
I don’t believe that you can.
mm
It is one way, once you are there your are gone.

But when windows start up the InbvDisplayString is used , and then we can see the Desktop Window.
First even if you could why do you want this? Remember there may not be a
display, or there may be many (i.e. Terminal Services). Second, these are
all undocumented, so you are messing in stuff likely to change. And to your
complaint below what makes you think that the OS does not do something that
you cannot repo to goto the desktop?
