how can I build packet in the NDIS miniport driver ?

hi!

how can I build packet in the NDIS miniport driver ?

The DDK help document only provides information on NDISAllocatePacket( ) which returns the handle of packet .But it does not tell me how to fill the packet’s content which i want .
