so i want to know from where should i start learning about"writing drivers"

Start by going to a bookstore website and search on device drivers and WDM
for windows driver model.
Buy a couple of the books listed and do lots of reading and actually do the
projects enclosed as labs.
Buy an MSDN proffesional licensne from a Microsoft reseller <- it’s cheaper
that way.
Read the DDK material and try building a device driver for a specific piece
of hardware.
You will need the detailed hardware specs.
