hct 11.1 X function driver

Hi people,

I was testing my function driver with hct 11.1 and when I start
“device path exerciser” test at “Anti-Virus/File-System Filter Driver” test
category, the machine freeze during the first machine boot (performed by the
test) when the progress bar is running. I was using a 32 bits machine with
windows xp professional, when I test a 64 bits version in an IPF machine
with windows .net (server 2003) instead the machine freeze during the first
boot the machine reboot at the same point.
Without use the hct the machine boot correctly with the driver.

Please Help,

Thanks in advance,

Hi,
The device path exerciser first enables driver verifier and reboots the
system. Try enabling verifier without launching HCT and observe the
behavior. Also check if low resource simulation is enabled and the
driver is not able to recover…

Shashi
