HCK test: DF - Concurrent Hardware And Operating System (CHAOS) Test (Reliability) --- Event ID 41

Hi,

I am doing HCK test for my driver on Windows 2012 R2 hosted as a virtual machine on an ESX. After running for a couple of hours, the test fails with the following error:
Cause : Machine Rebooted Unexpectedly when Task “Run Test” was running
Failure : Task Cancelled Because of an Unexpected Reboot

The Windows Event Log shows the following entry. I have done all the settings for capturing full memory dump but none is created. Kindly advise.

Thanks in advance.
WinCPP

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
