I wanted to know how do we ge the name of the drive to which the filter
Driver is attached. Assume that the filter driver is attached to multiple
drives(If it can’t be please let me know that too)

It is not clear to me what exactly you mean by drive name. However you
might want to take a look at the mount manager article in the latest
NT-Insider. An additional hint if you want to get the DosName is
trying the RtlVolumeDeviceToDosName() function
