Hi,
is there any way, in a SCSI miniport driver, to get the physical amount
of memory installed in the machine without leaving the ScsiPort sandbox?
If not, what’s the consequence of linking a scsi miniport driver to
ntoskrnl.lib?
Thanks!

Being non-WHQLable is one.

I’m not sure that is true. You will not be able to certify on non-NT
platforms, but I am pretty sure that there exist scsi miniport drivers that
are signed and that link to ntoskrnl.lib.
