What sort of information are you looking for?
The IPHelper GetAdaptersInfo API fetches quite a bit of information. If what you are looking for is there, then look no further.
There is some information on NDIS.com and PCAUSA.com. See the URLs:

In order to get a sensible answer to your question, I am afraid first you need to tell us in which context are querying NIC. Are you doing it in context of a protocol driver that wants to get some info about NIC it is bound to (apparently, not, once you have mentioned WMI, but you never know) ? Are you doing it in context of non-NDIS driver? Are you doing it in context of a user-mode app?
