GETPATHNAME doesn't return the full path in FilemonHookDone

In the sample filter driver Filemon, the macro GETPATHNAME can retrieve
the fullpath in the FilemonHookRoutine, but not in FilemonHookDone

Does any body know why?

Yeah, the pathname is only valid on the create dispatch side. The FSD
below you is free to muck with it before sendingg it back up.
