Get device instance id

This must be a na?ve question. How can I get the device instance id for a
SCSI drive? Assume I already have all the scsi information, i.e. scsi id,
scsi lun, etc.

Sorry, I forgot to say, I want to do this either in user mode or in a scsi
mini port driver.
