Generating DBT_QUERYCHANGECONFIG event

Hi,
I wrote an application to handle DBT_QUERYCHANGECONFIG pnp event
but I am not able to test the application. Can anybody suggest how to
generate DBT_QUERYCHANGECONFIG pnp event.
