!gdikdx in XP+

The Windbg doc said that !gdikdx is only available for Win2k but the extention isn’t for XP+. Does anybody know whether there is one for XP+?

No idea, but I would say that a safe assumption is that if it’s not included
with WinDbg, it’s not available anywhere.
