FS filter and code signing

Hi,

I want to sign my FS filter and do have a certificate issued by Thawte. But
this company doesn’t appear on the “Microsoft Cross-certificates” web page.

May I only use certificates from companies listed on that site?

Yes, you may only use certificates from companies listed on that site.
I’ve been asking Thawte for clarification of this for much of this year
and I have yet to get anyone there to respond.
