Freezes after cmoing back from standby (winlogon.exe)

A system would freeze after coming back from standby.
I used WinDbg and got this error “error in
winlogon.exe”.It froze right before windows asks to
log in.

Can anybody suggest how I should start to narrow down
the issue. Or what this error means.
