I came across a free version of NFS server and client file system for
Windows NT in http://crossfs.bizland.com. Hope someone will add this
to the list of file systems in NT? I am gonna try it soon to see
whether it really works!!
cheers

Is it a read FSD or the SMB loopback thing like AFS/NT?
The latter has no kernel-mode code in it.

No, it is a real FSD and there are two of them. The amazing thing is
the setup program installed those 2 file system drivers without
rebooting!! I could mount NFS shares using the vfsadmin utility but
there is little documentation on how to configure it as NFS server.
The product is still in BETA, it will catchup pretty soon
