FltReleaseContext doc is imprecise

Hi,

In FltReleaseContext doc, IFSKit 3790.1414, i can read: “The following
routines increment the reference count on the context pointed to by Context:
FltGetInstanceContext, FltGetStreamContext, FltGetStreamHandleContext, and
FltGetVolumeContext.”

I think this list of routines is not complete as the these routines
increment the context reference count too: FltReferenceContext(),
FltAllocateContext(), FltSetXxxContext()(replaced/ previous context), and
FltDeleteXxxContext()(previous context).

I agree that the documentation is imprecise. I have filed a doc bug to
have this corrected.
