I’m using 3790.1414 ( beta version of ifs kit ). What I’m seeing is the following -
a) I start the minispy filter driver using ( net start minispy ). Might not be the rightway to start for minifilter !. It starts fine.
b) I connect to the communication channel from user by launching the user mode exe ( again from sample).
c) Attaches to see from cmd prompt ( > ) using < \a c:>
d) say go from cmd prompt ( > g )
e) screen dump mode is on by default, AND I DONT SEE THE SPY msg
f) exit the user, and get back again I get all the screen dump.
g) All in xp sp2 (32bit of course )
Seems like the communication port’s event is not signalled ???
To many things to take care ( recently got dual opteron to flesh out 
so did not debug the exact symtom OR I MUST BE MISSING SOMETHING !!!
