Hi,
I installed the driver for my adapter on the W2K3 x86 system. Shutdown the system and plug 1 more same type adapter in a different slot.
After rebooting, system is still asking for the Add New Hardware wizard. Seems like it is not able to install the driver automatically for the new adapter. Any thoughts how I can prevent this wizard and OS automatically loads the driver for the new adapter but same adapter?
TIA,
Gurpreet

Each INSTANCE runs driver install. The only real solution for W2K3 is to get
WHQL signatures (unclassified or full), although there might be an exception
if your device doesn’t fit any of the normal device install classes.
