Quick update: The file test utility, written by community member (and
frequent poster) Ladislav Zezula, that was discussed here some months
ago is now available for download on OSR Online.com:

Ladislav has written a very cool utility that makes it easy to specify
all sorts of create options interactively. He’s also graciously
provided full source code in the form of a Visual Studio project.
Ladislav promptly made the code and executable available to us here at
OSR, and we (being plowed under with work) took “a lot of time” to get
it put online.
Check it out… It’s a very useful tool.
