FILE_OBJECTID_INFORMATION

Hi,

In IFS Documentation it is mentioned that ExtendedInfo field of
FILE_OBJECTID_INFORMATION is User-provided data.

Does it mean that I can store my information along with the file meta data?
and use it later??
