FIFS Virtual File System development tool from MIT

I’ve noticed in the archives of this list that a number of people have
tried to use FIFS. I would also like to try FIFS as I have a requirement
for a virtual file system but I can’t justify the expense and time
involved in developing a true file system driver.

I have downloaded the FIFS code but there is a file missing. CIFS.h

Can anyone help by either supplying or pointing me at a source for this
file?
