Fast I/O -> Minifilter

How are fast I/O operations mapped to a minifilter operation?
Specifically FastIoQueryStandardInfo and FastIoQueryBasicInfo - are
these sent as IRP_MJ_QUERY_INFORMATION calls with
FileStandard/BasicInformation class?

It goes to the standard pre- and post-callbacks for
IRP_MJ_QUERY_INFORMATION, but you can use the FLT_IS_FASTIO_OPERATION macro
to determine whether or not it is a Fast IO operation.
