Exclude IRP_MN_NOTIFY_CHANGE_DIRECTORY

Hi!

can somebody write me, how can I tell Windows
that I don’t support IRP_MN_NOTIFY_CHANGE_DIRECTORY?

when I’m in a directory with WinExplorer,
I get an endless list of IRP_MN_NOTIFY requests
(up to 10000s per second)

(I tried with several possible answers, like
STATUS_NOT_IMPLEMENTED, STATUS_INVALID_DEVICE_REQUEST,
STATUS_SUCCESS, etc. but none of them was usefull;
the problem is, that I’m writing an ‘unreal’
file system (actually doesn’t uses real files)
and I can’t make (probably) a real implementation;
I’ve got no cache manager, nor volume support - like
mount/unmont)

thanks,
Sandor

Why not?
Directory change notifications are done by FsRtl package which is not tied to Cc and which you can use with ease.
