Enabling Power mode for network device..

Hi,
Greetings.
Is there any sample source code to enable power management for network
devices?
For e.g On a windows 200 system
I can go to control panel-> Network and Dial-up Connections-> Right
click on Local area connection->Properties->Configure->Power management
tab and check the options available there.

However I would like to do this programmatically. I understand that this
can be done using WMI calls.

But if there is any source code to do this with/without WMI can you
please give me some direction.
