Easiest way to test renames?

Hi all,
Does anyone know offhand of a very simple way to generate the 3
types of renames (relative, fully qualified, and simple)? I can easily
generate fully qualified, but need to generate the other types.

Thanks,
Matt

You can generate a relative-rename by renaming a file in a network drive.
I don’t know how to generate simple-rename.
I can’t speak English well. sorry…

There is no way to do this from the Win32 API set. Use
NtSetInformationFile. Look at the documentation for
ZwSetInformationFile in the IFSKit for information on how to call this.
