Driver Loading error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has

Dear All,

I have a driver which is working perfectly in the WinXP but when I try to
load in the Win2K it errors out with
the error

"The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it
has no enabled devices associated with it "

Can any one tell me why this error occurs and how to resolve this error.
