Hello all,
Is it possible to notify all bound upper protocols of
an IM driver without calling Ndis(xxx)IndicateReceive,
NdisMIndicateReceivePacket in case of a standard
miniport or NdisMWanIndicateReceive call incase of a
WAN miniport?
