Does BIOS support usb device?

I want access my usb device in realmode.
Does anyone know if bios support usb device?
And how about its interface?

Most bios’s support only usb keyboard and mouse.

Only keyboards. Maybe some notebook BIOSes also supports being booted from a
boot floppy.

Can I use bois’ UHCI or OHCI controlling code?

It isn’t complete enough. It has just enough brains to enumerate the
devices, identify keyboards, and handle HID packets. It doesn’t have
complete scheduling support.

What kind of a device do you want to support? There are third-party USB
drivers for MS-DOS.
