Sorry for repeating the question once more, but can I work with TDI (I
need send/receive only, not connection establishment) on DISPATCH_LEVEL? I
have a very strong temptation of doing this, and needs to know whether it is
OK.
Is it supported? The documentation only says:
"By default, TdiDispatchFastDeviceControl runs at IRQL PASSIVE_LEVEL. "
What will Eliyas say about the official MS’s opinion on this? Maybe it
will be good to update the documentation to be more definite, without this
“by default”.
It is either guaranteed to work or prohibited to use - I don’t think
there can be some other cases.

I just checked the whistler docs and it says:
TdiDispatchFastDeviceControl runs at IRQL PASSIVE_LEVEL or IRQL
DISPATCH_LEVEL.
