Hi,
Windows tries to ensure that Disk signature/GUID is unique on a local host,
which means two different Windows hosts may have disks with the same
signature/GUID. Windows Cluster (MSCS) I assume uses Disk signature/GUID as
unique disk identifier. So does MSCS ensure that signature/GUID of
cluster/shared disks does not conflict with signature/GUID of local disks on
cluster-nodes? What happens if a new node having local disk with same
signature as cluster disk joins the cluster?
