What is the differance between NT driver model and Dos driver model with
Detail explaination ?

You have some reading to do, and not at the expense of this list. Look at
the Microsoft Encyclopedia and the various driver books for NT that are on
the market.

A DOS driver is a structured .com where as an NT driver is a DLL. You take
it from there.

Maybe better question would be “What is common?”. Both are drivers, that’s
all. Try to find some docs, some old “undocumented DOS” books, Ralf Brown’s
Interrupt list and be prepared for assembly coding and really hard
debugging. Search Internet, maybe there is some info; this list purpose is
different.

Nearly nothing similar at all, though old DOS NDIS has some common design ideas with NT NDIS.

DOS is a real-mode 16bit segmented OS with no memory protection and multitasking.
NT is a 32bit flat mode OS with memory protection, virtual memory and multitasking.

So, the driver models are nearly 100% different. After all, DOS allows driving the hardware from the app directly.
