Hi,
We observe that file system operations (read/write) on a removable media is
considerably slower in Windows 2K than in ME, for the same set of hardware.
- Is this expected?
- How can this be explained with regard to the storage architecture in
each?
The filesystem used is FAT. The behaviour is consistent for both ATA & PCI
adapters.
