Hi,
I’ve hit a problem during installation of a device. It seems that I can’t display
a dialog during installation. I run a batch file from my co-installer and one
of the apps run from the batch file displays a dialog. The problem is that the
dialog doesn’t get displayed but it does get executed. I can see it in Task
Mangler sitting in the background waiting for a user to click a button. But
because the user doesn’t see the dialog, this never happens. I’ve tried setting
the dialog owner/parent to GetDesktopWindow() but it makes no difference.
Can anyone suggest a workaround or send in me in the right direction?
