detect MSI from user mode

Hi,

? I would like to know if there is a way to find out the kind of interrupt that is assigned to a device using a script.

? The Resources page for inbox devices that have MSI support shows that the IRQ number is in the form 0xFFFFFFXX. Is this a rule?

Yes, AFAIK device that use MSI report negative interrupt vectors in Device Manager.
Legacy reports positive numbers
