Debugging a WinCE Driver

Hi,

can anyone tell me how to efficiently debug a PCMCIA Stream interface
driver for WinCE( which is essentially a dll)…I understand that Win CE
drivers exercise their privilege at Ring3 level…or am I wrong?pls clarify
