debug issued

Hello all,

I tried to debug a driver with Windbg ver. 6.10.3.233.
I setup the testing enviroment by the link http://blogs.msdn.com/iliast/archive/2006/12/10/windbg-tutorials.aspx
when i started the windbg, it was pending for a long time…

Using 1394 for debugging
Checking 1394 debug driver version.
Opened \.\DBG1394_CHANNEL32
Waiting to reconnect…

I don’t know what is wrong. Could someone have any idea or experience about it.

best regards,

Michel.

And both target and host are on CHANNEL32? What chipset for 1394 are you
using?

Hi,

After the message that you have mentioned, had you restarted the target?
You must restart the target, once you got this message.

i hope you would have set the environment variables in host and boot option in target machine!
