Cypress EZ-USB FX2 Development Board problem

dear all:
we are working with Cypress EZ-USB FX2 development,
But there is a big problem on it, It can’t work stably. it always “refresh”
automatic,
looks like somebody unplug it and then plug in it immediately.
my computer:
AMD althon xp cpu and via kt333 motherboard
via 6202 pci card
windows xp sp1 with the latest driver.

this problem trouble me for a long time. Please help me.

See whether the USB port (to which your device is attached) is getting a
RESET.

It’s OK now, I plug it in a usb2.0hub with a extra power adapter, Thanks a
lot any way:)
