copy disk function in explorer

I just noticed this today:

I’m running win2k server sp3, and I have my own FSD, defined as a
FILE_DEVICE_VIRTUAL_DISK when I create the device object for it.

Does anyone know why my virtual disk device shows up in explorer as an
eligible device to copy from/to when I select the “copy disk” function of
explorer? The A: drive shows up first (as it should), then my “V:” drive.
How can I get windows to not show my device in this list?

Thanks, and regards,

Greg
