Hi,
This is regarding application supported collation for Win2K and WinXP.
I am printing from a printer driver that does not support collation(does
not support DM_COLLATE flag)
and hence is dependent on application to give the collated copies when
collate check box is checked in
the application print dialog.

With applications like Winword, excel…etc., we get collated copies from
the application
when collate check box is checked in the application print dialog.
Some applications like IE6.0, notepad and wordpad (Inbox applications I
guess),
application does not give the collated copies when collate check box is
checked in the application’s print dialog.
In fact I observed that the behavior is different for Win XP and Win 2K.
In Win2K - these applications give only one copy even if 2 or more
copies are selected
In WinXP- these applications give uncollated copies of the document
Any inputs on this will be extremely helpful.
