Hi-
Outside of a device-driver-based filter, is there any other way to
implement software that intercepts file writes and reads to removable
media devices like CD-R, Zip drives etc…

You might check out NuMega’s DriverAgent, but I think you’ll need a filter
driver of some sort.

I you want to be a wizard, you have to use magic. :wink:
