I don’t know whetehr I am comfusing myself or not, but when we change the
attributes of a file using cmd.exe 9attrib -r abcd.txt) filemon cannot
capture this process.
What is the cause of this?

beg ur pardon folks, it seems that the problem was coz attrib is extrinsic
command, and my filter was set to cmd.exe.
