CDROM Driver for Windows CE/98

This is not an NT question, but I think I’d find the people who know
the answer here… :wink:

I’d like to write a CD-ROM driver for Windows CE.
As a first stage, I need to write one for windows 98.

Does anybody have a clue where I should start?
Where can I find code snippets?
Where can I find info? The 98 DDK doesn’t help too much.
Should it use ASPI32 ? Does the ASPI layer exist on CE ?

Sorry for being so general - I just don’t know where to start…

No, those types of things do not exist under WinCE 3.0 currently. You may
be able to find a 3rd party driver that would work. Be aware that drivers
under WinCE will not be anything close to a Win98 driver…
