I believe so, yes. They would have to be at different IRQLs I think. I
seem to remember that the host APIC is at least partially shared on an HT
machine. So the amount of overlap you can have may depend on how the APIC
is managed, which is different for edge and level interrupts.

No, actually that part of the APIC state is separate. You can run two
interrupts at the same IRQL simultaneously.
