Can i use IRP allocated by myself to create,read,write a file?

i want to create a file from a file system filter driver. how can i do?

  1. Add a meaningless suffix to the file name
  2. Call ZwCreateFile
  3. In the IRP_MJ_CREATE path, check for the suffix to distinguish your open
    from the app’s open.
