Win32 APIs
from Kernel Mode/Device Drivers

Yes, provided you should know each and every User mode code which u run in
KernelMode and while writing this code it should follow Kernel mode rules.
If u plan to call some other’s UserMode API’s which u dont have idea about
its implementation its not possible forget it, Since you get unexpected
Result.
