Call FltSendMessage when FilterGetMessage blocked on the port in another thread

A quick question:

I am not sure if it is okay to call FltSendMessage() to send a message to minidriver while another thread is waiting on the same port with FilterGetMessage.

Your input are appreciated.

A mistake to correct:
It is FilterSendMessage rather than FltSendMessage.

AFAIK this is perfectly safe, you can have simultaneously bidirectional
communication on the same port.
