I’m trying to build the printer driver samples in the DDK for win98. But
this rquires a 16 bit compiler.
I have asked around but the microsoft VC 1.5 compiler is not available.
Can anybody suggest which other 16 bit compiler should I use to build the
DDK printer samples? What other 16 bit compilers are available that are
closest to/most compatible with MS VC?
If you have the MSDN subscription you will have the VC1.5 compiler.

I need it once to compile a printer sample also. i don’t have the installation CD. i have only a directory that contain the compiler and it works. if you have an internet storage adress i’ll send it to you. it is about 45 Mo. don’t forget to change the variable C16_ROOT in 98DDK\inc\master.mk.
